Sometimes life can get a bit much. We all have challenges along the way but now and again it can become overwhelming. People and animals of all ages can be affected by stress and anxiety. Our four legged friends also absorb our stress and worry, playing it out in a multitude of ways.
That's where I come in.
I have been passionate about health and wellbeing for many years, both in my personal and professional life, initially as a musician and latterly working in education. Animals have been a major part of my life from the very beginning. My mission is to share the tools that I have used, so that when others experience tricky times, they will have their very own 'tool kit'.
My 'tools' include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping, Reiki, Mindfulness, EMMETT and 16 Guidelines.
